Eligibility

Self-employed Professionals, Employees of Corporate Entities, Employees with the Employer willing to sponsor and any individual having a sustainable source of income

Basic Criteria

• Maximum age of applicant to be 55 years
• Minimum age of applicant to be 18 years
• The applicant(s)/sponsor should have a stable and sustainable source of income
• EMI should be less than 50% of the gross monthly income of applicant and / or spouse

Amount (Percentage Financing)

• Minimum amount of the loan to be NPR 350,000/­
